Outlook for the Beef Industry

Tom commented on the beef industry on Cattlemen to Cattlemen’s Market Watch segment on October 12th.  The research shows that beef demand is very sensitive to incomes and consumer expenditures and, contrary to some thinking, not very sensitive to chicken or pork prices.
